The Author:

Born and raised in Lucca, Tuscany, Mariangela Cianti Rinaldi lives between Florence and the countryside of Siena. A graduate in Modern Literature from the University of Pisa, she has long been a scholar of history, art, and music, with a deep interest in local legends and culinary traditions. Her years in Parma sparked a personal journey into the rich tapestry of Italian history, culture, and gastronomy, all intricately linked with the nation’s musical heritage.
